Advanced Candidate & Campaign Training

Openly LGBT elected leaders who are considering next steps in their careers are invited to attend an advanced, personalized version of the Leadership Institute’s Candidate & Campaign Training. This program matches leaders with consultants and other political professionals who offer guidance on fundraising, communications and strategy to position them for advancement.

Successful graduates are prepared to move up the political ladder, represent larger political constituencies and have an even greater effect in bringing about true equality.
