The International Gay & Lesbian Leadership Conference provides a unique opportunity for companies to connect with LGBT elected officials at the local, state, federal, and international level to share their commitment to fair-minded policies and diverse employee outreach. The International Gay & Lesbian Leadership Conference is an annual gathering of LGBT elected and appointed officials and community leaders. Designed to connect leaders with their peers and share information about important issues and topics affecting governance, LGBT leaders and the LGBT community at large, the conference is the only one of its kind and the largest annual gathering of LGBT leaders in the country.
The conference is organized by the Gay & Lesbian Leadership Institute (GLLI), which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to increasing the overall leadership potential of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. Through its training and professional development programs, GLLI helps educate and inspire hundreds of individuals each year who go on to influential careers in politics, government, business and advocacy.
